Korea-Alabama Essay
This website will be a persuasive Essay about overt links between Korea and Alabama and the two historically.
Contact with Korea was first made by the United States around 1885. That would be the beginning of my narrative.

Millions of Koreans are part of the Church. Missionaries arrived in Korea from the United States in 1885. Northern and Southern missionaries from the United States cooperated in perfect Union for the Christian Church's effort in Korea in a denomination called Presbyterianism. Presbyterianism is a large share of the Church in Korea.

The Alabama Constitution enshrines Presbyterianism. The States of Korea and Alabama have made statements toward being Brethren through the aid of the Church.

The Church historically shares international Christians brotherhood and peace among Christians throughout the world. This is going to be frustrated from lack of promotion because the American people will believe themselves head and shoulders above that concept.

Recently, Presbyterianism was led inward in a Kulturkampf for modern America. Several steps were taken in the Eisenhower administration and the Civil Rights leaders for this to happen. This somewhat is duplicative to the idea that international Churches are not welcome and face discrimination like the Catholic, Lutheran, or other Churches arriving from Korea, Italy, Germany.

Korean Narrative
Through the summation of a number of medias comes a Korean particular narrative. Woodrow Wilson's League of Nations carried a Clerical Christian tone toward Presbyterian Christian peace in Europe. Austrian-Hungarian Empire was the start of World War 1 when the many nations poorly represented required self-determination and assassinated Archduke Ferdinand of Austria triggered a chain of alliances that eventually lost. The league of Nations was an end to Empires. The Japanese Empire began asserting control in Korea at this time. In 1919 an important independence movement was crushed in Korea nicknamed "Sam-il". Many important and patriotic figures tracing the legitimate authority of the establishment in 1946 of South Korean government are involved in the Church including Syngman Rhee as a Methodist, Ahn Chang Ho is intimately linked to the Horace Allen recruitment works toward Hawaii and also the Horace Underwood school. The Provisional Government Exile narrative lends authority to South Korean government. See Yonsei University "Where the Truth sets you Free" patronized by Horace Underwood generations and family with an Eagles mascot. Jejoongwon appears to be as nearly as legitimate a historical drama. See Saemoonan Church first Church of the Underwoods. There are a range between 5 million or 9 million Presbyterians and 16 million Christians total in Korea. We can expect all such measures to be an enthusiastic internet computation rather than on the ground. Consider then this is often reported as the largest Presbyterian Church in Korea and the world and that it logically follows these events.

Alabama Narrative
In 1860 and early 1861 before the War it appeared that the Southern States may in fact be able to avert or nullify the abolition cause. New grassroots religions preached new enthusiasms like the Mormons Oregon Trail to Utah. Second Great Awakening Methodist and Baptist denominations sprung up overnight proclaiming Lincoln a second-coming of Christ. Jefferson Davis's speech in Massachussetts summarized in a number of points toward the Puritan Pilgrims and a respect for history and the Spirit of community independence and a respect for history. Brethren from the north should not exercise fanatic violence toward Christian Brethren in the South across political divides.
Nullification of laws within the Southern States was a peaceful measure that even secession also was a hoped peaceful measure during Buchanan's outgoing administration, which began in January and ended in April and Fort Sumter.
Thus, Presidents like Eisenhower and Reagan have much to say in Presbyterianism the Union of the Country about the Civil War, Civil Rights, and the history of the first Americans , Thanksgiving, and Religion of the Country.
Most noted Governors of Alabama have considered the Federal President in Religion to be violating the Alabama Constitution in the point of Religion. Eisenhowers authorization evolves the Church into the UPCUSA. Reagan authorizes the evolution of PCUSA.
The Religion of the command of the Fathers of a Nation were Anti-Belhar confession and internationally ecumenical like Alabama. The Constitution invokes Jefferson Davis and the St. Andrew's Cross of Alabama invokes Scotland in Religion. Scotland is not brought alongside these efforts. Suggesting the idea that the independent community of Scotland is able to be confederate with States as Jefferson Davis put it an admirable idea for the world, the scottish language "Bonnie" comes into play in Alabama in the "Bonnie Blue Flag", the Scottish Brethren aid by becoming a State alongside the star spangled banner.
Woodrow Wilson was distinctly Scottish in Scots-Irish like Stonewall Jackson and his family heritage is traced into the 1800's immigration. Robert Burns Lindsay locally was a Scots-American politician and only foreign born Governor of Alabama. Then in tradition of Henry Knox, John Witherspoon, the nullification debates of John Calhoun and Andrew Jackson, the Scottish Reformation plays powerfully into the governance of Alabamians and Americans. A Yankee is often referred to as a New Englander from those in Scotland , and so is their historical religion of Yankees Congregationalism like John Adams forebearers.
John F Kennedy took a tour as a Boston Irish New Englander and an incidental Catholic.
Whatever may be the native people of America are currently "saved" by the Statue of Liberty of which Koreans do not get to take part or ever took part, toward a historic arrival of a European Melting Pot toward a "White" identity.
Under no duress or pressure is the 1907 perfect Union of the regional Christian Church that formed by authority of Northern, Southern, Australian, Canadian , and Korean clergy in that order in 1907 in perfect Union of teaching among them. 190 Southern Presbyterians served in Korea between 1890 and the 1930s. Many clergy are accredited in the several environments.
The Church had not approved the Belhar Confession or the Books of Order nor the restructures nor the history books in PCUSA, leading Alabama's theology of Presbyterianism toward a perfect communion among all international Christians.
This requires black membership less than 1% in Presbyterianism here to represent itself after the integration of the African American Presbytery. This requires extrication of that theology from the celebrations of Lincoln himself and memorial and the Civil War practiced by Eisenhower and Reagan. This requires a study of Korea and Alabama and adherence to principal.
